Joe Zamroud

Founder, Board Member & Principal Architect

Joe is the managing principal of MULTITECHINTERNATIONAL’s practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in the design profession and leads a variety of projects, collaborating with clients and project teams to pursue new levels of design excellence. Joe has worked on a wide range of facilities types throughout the Middle East, ranging from large-scale multidisciplinary projects to small interior fit-outs. He is recognized for his ability to create innovative solutions and brings a deep appreciation for great design, technical excellence and interdisciplinary coordination. His involvement in a project typically begins with conceptual design and continues through construction administration. Joe has a passion for leading the development of advanced technological tools to deliver the best possible interdisciplinary design solutions. He works closely with designers, architects and building SMART team to customize these innovative tools for clients.

Youssef Ghantous

Founder, Board Member, Head of MEP Department.

Youssef is the managing partner and the director of the mechanical department at Multitech International.

Graduated from American University of Beirut (AUB) with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Maastrich School of Management,He is, as well, a founding member of various technical organisations like LGBC (Lebanon Green Building Council) and LSES (Lebanese Solar Energy Society).

Throughout 25 years of experience in project management and design of mechanical systems of a variety of projects including hospitals, hotels, airports, infrastructure and industrial complexes, Mr Ghantous intensified his technical knowledge in specialized systems like airport apron services, laboratories air control, medical gases, renewable energy state-of-the-art systems and many others.

Mr Ghantous’ versatile technical experience and professional reputation has given him the edge to both build the company’s technical foundation and to win clients trust and satisfaction.
